MIX LIGHT is a substitute for live egg white in desserts such as marshmallows, fruit meringues, Bird's Milk, marshmallows, mousses and Dacquoise sponge cakes. Thanks to pasteurization, this protein is 100% safe and whips 30% better than liquid chicken egg white. The product's optimized formula for rapid dissolution in liquids saves time and guarantees perfect results every time.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized dry chicken egg white, xanthan gum, citric acid.

PROPORTIONS:

15 g of mixture + 85 g of water = 100 g of live chicken protein
13.5 g of mixture + 77 g of water = 90 g of live chicken protein
12 g of mixture + 68 g of water = 80 g of live chicken protein
10.5 g of mixture + 60g of water = 70g of live chicken protein
9 g of mixture + 51g of water = 60g of live chicken protein
7.5 g of mixture + 42 g of water = 50 g of live chicken protein
6 g of mixture + 34 g of water = 40 g of live chicken protein
4.5 g of mixture + 25 g of water = 30 g of live chicken protein
3 g of mixture + 17 g of water = 20 g of live chicken protein
1.5g of the mixture + 8g of water = 10g of live chicken protein

HOW TO USE: For best results, mix the mixture with warm (30°C) fruit or berry puree, juice or water. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then use according to the recipe. Store in a dry place at a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
