MIX is a substitute for live egg whites in desserts such as marshmallows, fruit meringues, Bird's Milk, marshmallows, mousses and Dacquoise sponge cakes. Thanks to pasteurization, this protein is 100% safe and whips 30% better than liquid chicken egg white. The product's optimized formula for rapid dissolution in liquids saves time and guarantees perfect results every time.

ORGANOLEPTICS AND APPEARANCE: light yellow color, fine fraction, sweet taste, vanilla aroma.
INGREDIENTS: pasteurized chicken egg white, powdered sugar, xanthan gum, citric acid, crystalline vanillin.
PROPORTIONS:
30g mix + 85g water = 100g live chicken protein
27g mix + 77g water = 90g live chicken protein
24g mix + 68g water = 80g live chicken protein
21g mix + 60g water = 70g live chicken protein
18g mix + 51g water = 60g live chicken protein
15g mix + 42g water = 50g live chicken protein
12g mix + 34g water = 40g live chicken protein
9g mix + 25g water = 30g live chicken protein
6g mix + 17g water = 20g live chicken protein
3g of mix + 8g of water = 10g of live chicken protein
HOW TO USE: for best results, mix the mixture with warm (30°C) fruit or berry puree, juice or water. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then use according to the recipe. Store in a dry place at a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
ENERGY VALUE: 100 g of product contains proteins: 38.59g; fats: 0.96g; carbohydrates: 45.65g; Kcal: 334,92.
PACKAGING: metalized bags of 100, 200 and 500g.
EXPIRATION DATE: 12 months from the date of production.
