POWDERED SUGAR - powdered sugar made without starch and anti-caking agents. Suitable for marshmallows, pasta, meringues. The color is from boiling white to milky white with a neutral to specific smell inherent in beet sugar.

Application: sift before use.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Recommended storage temperature: -15°C to +20°C. Store in a dry place.
